Bank card payment using Paypal

Payment is via the secure system of Paypal, we do not receive your financial data. You can pay using your credit/debit card if you do not have a PayPal account via the PayPal system, as well. 

Please note that in certain countries you can pay ONLY with registered PayPal account and you cannot use your credit/debit card via Paypal payment system without having a registered account. For more information please check www.paypal.com.

WARRANTY

The Wessely brand provides 6 month of guarantee to all jewelries.

This guarantee applies on the following issues: for all the Pyrite rings, Pyrite bracelets, Pyrite pendants and Granite rings if the Pyrite stone or Granite stone is moving in its plate or falling from it out. For all the Rock Earrings if the hanger element are broken upon receiving the jewelries.

In case of faulty performance by the Seller, the Customer has a right to request repair or exchange, except where the Customer’s choice of repair or exchange is impossible to perform or where it would cause disproportionately high costs to the Seller as compared with the other option.

In all the above mentioned or any return case, the Customer agree that the charges of sending back the jewelry for repair and its postage and handling costs is the responsibility of the Customer to deal with.

The Customer shall notify the Seller of the fault immediately within no delay.

A jewel is considered as faulty if it does not meet the quality requirements in effect at the time of sale or if it does not possess the characteristics provided by the Seller in the product description.

Considering the materials used for making the jewels, the following shall not constitute a faulty product: darkening arising from the natural oxidisation of metals, dirt on surfaces, deterioration arising from inappropriate use or storage. In the case of faults arising from inappropriate use or damage caused by the Customer, the Seller has no obligation to either replace the product or reimburse its price. The Seller shall have no warranty obligations for faults arising from natural wear and tear, negligent treatment, overuse, inappropriate penetration or any other improper use of the jewel.

REFUND INFORMATION

We would like that our jewelries will make eternal pieces in your accessory collection.

However, if any refund issue appears, we will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and agreement.

Returned merchandise must include original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received.

Worn jewelry cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to deny a refund.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Please be aware we do not offer refunds for ‘Change of Mind’ purchases on all of our products.
