ORDER INFORMATION

Products in stock

All products that are In stock will be delivered within 2-5 days in Hungary. In the case of International orders it is approx. 4-7 days (depends on the exact destination).

Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday, unless a public holiday occurs.

We will notify you when your order is dispatched in a separate email with your tracking number.

Made to orders

All Made To Orders will be forwarded to the designer within 24 hours.

The process of making all Made To Orders is 2-3 weeks. They will be delivered within 2 days in Hungary. In the case of International orders it is approx. 2-7 days (depends on the exact destination).

Once your Made To Order item has been made we will notify you when it is dispatched in a separate email with your tracking number.

How to order

The products that appear in the Webshop may be ordered online or in email on info@wesselyart.com. The prices of the products in HUF/EUR are inclusive of VAT but do not include the cost of shipment.

Customers may browse the Webshop at their leisure, without revealing their identity.

The Seller’s system sends an e-mail confirming all orders, however, the Seller reserves the right to partly or wholly refuse confirmed orders as the products sold in the Webshop are unique, handcrafted jewels and a temporary shortage may arise.

The Customer must provide the personal data required for fulfilling the order; the Customer also must provide the shipment and invoicing data and preferred payment method to complete the ordering process. To place a successful order, customer must accept ‘Terms and Conditions’, as well.

After filling the parts in the order form, the Customer gets an overview of the order and if she/he finds all information to be correct, she/he may actually post the order by clicking on the “Place Order” button.

SHIPPING RATES & PRICES

Within Hungary

Standard shipping: 1400 HUF /  ~4 EUR 

International

Standard shipping: 8500 HUF  / ~28 EUR  

Please make sure to provide your correct address details at the time of order. If a package is returned as “address unknown” or “failed to collect” or any similar reason, the product price and the delivery fees will not be reimbursed and we will charge any other following orders as newly submitted without any discount or reimbursement. You understand and agree that Wessely Jewel shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.

We can only guarantee to keep dispatch deadlines, not delivery deadlines, nor shall we be liable for lost packages. After a package is mailed, all deliveries will be in accordance with the Rules of Magyar Posta Zrt. (Hungarian Postal Service), DHL, DPDgroup (Dynamic Parcel Distribution) or the postal service of the country of destination (depend on the country of the shipping destination). Upon receipt of the package, it shall be your responsibility to open and check the contents of the package in the presence of the courier and to record any damage or other complaint in respect of the package. We will only accept any complaints if accompanied by an official postal record.

In the case of international shipments outside the EU, you shall be liable for all tax and customs payments. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
